Raw material

Carbon steel( Mild steel): A36 is common grade. After finished welded, it will be surface treatment: hot dipped galvanized or painted, in order to look beauty or resistant to corrosion.
Stainless steel : Common grade is SS201, 304, 316, 316L. Stainless steel grating itself has a strong corrosion resistance, suitable for food processing and chemical fields.

Different Bearing Bar

1.Plain bearing bar: it is most common and economical type.

2.Serrated bearing: it can provide better non-skid property.

3.I type bearing bar: it is similar with I beam, can support stronger load capacity.

1. Bearing bar: 25×3, 25×5, 30×3, 30×5, 35×5, 38x5mm is common size.

2.Pitch: RS40, RS80(South Africa), 19W4, 19W2( America standard). or customized

3.Hot dip galvanized: Zinc coated 40μm is our standard quantity, Maximal is 100μm.

Packing and loading

In order to ensure that our galvanized steel grating arrive to each customer in good condition, we use strong packing belts to fix the steel grating to the pallet, and we will use belt to fix the goods to resist the shaking of the container.
