I Bar Steel Grating
I Type bar steel grating is welded from i type bearing bar and SQ twisted cross bar. The surface of bearing bar is divided into plian and serrated type. Under the premise of the same specification, compared with flat bar steel grating, I type bar steel grating can provide stronger bearing capacity. It has been widely used in South Korea, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan.
Different I Bearing Bar
We can provide two types: plain i bar grating and serrated i bar steel grating. Serrated type has better anti-slip performance.

- Size: Max width is 1.5m. Max length is 10m.
- Bearing bar: following table is standard size.
- Pitch of bearing bar: 15,20,30,40,50mm is common type, others is available.
- Cross bar: 5 6 8mm is common
- Pitch of cross bar: 38 50 100mm is common
I Bar Steel Grating Produce Process
We purchase high-quality raw materials for welding. Generally, I use electro forged machine. If the shape is special, in order to save raw materials, I use manual welding. After the welding is completed, polish is carried out and finally hot-dip galvanizing treatment is performed.

Packing and Loading
In order to ensure that our i bar steel grating arrive to each customer in good condition, we take 3 main action:
- use strong packing belts to fix the i type bar grating on the pallet.
- use belt to fix the goods to resist the shaking of the container.
- place desiccants to keep the inside of the container dry.
