PUB DRAIN SAFETY RAILING should be installed for all open drains, which deep is more than 1.0 m and no-cover. The railings are galvanized according to the PUB requirements：zinc coated: 85 µm. after installed, it should be painted green. we can produce two type of PUB standard safety railings: base plate and spilt leg, which decide by install situation.

The Following Are The Main Special Feature In Singapore:
1.The galvanized must comply with BS EN ISO 1461:2022. Generally, the material thickness of products for LTA, HDB and PUB projects is thicker than 6mm, so the zinc coating amount must reach 85 microns.
2.Smooth steel material: To ensure the safety of install workers, the corners of the material should be smooth. Therefore, hot-rolled material should be used and longitudinal shearing or Laser cutting material should not be unacceptable.
3.Polyurethane sound damper: when LTA PUB HDB grating cover closing, it protecting the zinc layer and reducing noise.
4.The corners must be smooth. This requires that the welding slag be carefully ground before galvanizing and the zinc slag be carefully removed after galvanizing.
5.The welding area must be fully welded.
