Specification
Welded floor steel grating are available in a wide range of specification to suit different needs. Common bar grating specification include:
- Bearing bar: common size is 30x2mm, 30x3mm,thickness: 2-12mm, depth: 20-180mm.
- Cross bar: common size is 6mm, if the bearing bar bigger then 60*5, it need 8mm to match.
- Mesh spacing: 34×38 mm(standard for floor applications), It is customized.
- Size: 1*1m, 2*1, 6.1*1m,6*1m are common size. It is customized.
- Surface treatment: our galvanized(Zn) meet ГОСТ 9.307-89/ ISO-1461-2009 or other European standard. We also can provide un-galvanized or painted.

Bearing bar type

Packing and Loading
In order to ensure that our welded flooring grating arrive to each customer in good condition, we use strong packing belts to fix the steel grating to the pallet, and we will use wire ropes to fix the goods to resist the shaking of the container. We will place desiccants to keep the inside of the container dry.
